Table B'hote's Linda Berry

Proprietor Linda Berry is a Lancashire lass who now lives in Cornwall with husband Tim. Table B'hôte is a delicious and growing range of cooking sauces, including initially Chilli Sauce and Cottage Pie Sauce, but growing to include Bolognese Sauce, Sweet 'n' Sour Sauce, and potentially many more.

Great news!  We have created a new luxury sauce for Pork or Chicken.  Creamy Mustard & Cider. 

Indulge yourselves with the rich taste & flavour, and still Gluten Free.

The concept of the range was founded on a delicious fresh sauce that would be easy to prepare in a boat, initially envisioned on Falmouth Harbour in Cornwall. However it works just as well in a Kitchen or anywhere else.

After stocking the sauces in a number of local retailers, Linda is distributing to farm shops and deli's further afield. 

Look out for the shiny new Table B'hote van as it zips along the highways and byways, leaping gallantly over sleeping policemen, carrying its saucy load!

Why Table B'hôte?

Whilst on a sailing trip around Falmouth, Cornwall, one of the evening meals prepared was a particularly fine chilli using all fresh ingredients to provide chunky, wholesome, satisfying food at the end of the days sailing.

I flippantly said we should call the meal Table B'hôte (a play on the French "table d'hôte" or "host's table"), and then said 'WHY NOT'?

This inspired us to create a range of premium quality complete 'ready to heat' sauces of which 'Chilli Sauce' was the first.
