Thank you very much for such personal service, it's a real breath of fresh air compared to the usual online shopping experience.

I discovered your wonderful sauces while I was on holiday in Cornwall in May - if memory serves you were at a fair at Godolphin House and my Mum and I tasted the sweet & sour & were instantly smitten! Now we've run out of what we bought from you there so I thought I'd order more online - I honestly don't think I'll ever eat anyone else's sweet & sour again, yours is just too good! The flavour is a perfect balance, I love that there are no additives (the sweet & sour from our local Chinese used to give me a headache) & I adore the crunchy water chestnuts best of all. I can't wait to try the creamy mustard and cider too. Keep up the good work!

Could I Resist?

The contents of the jar smelled right and we detected a hint of Indian spices. We noticed the use by date and were surprised by the long shelf life. We followed the instructions religiously, resisting the temptation to tinker with the recipe. Certainly felt that it would need more liquid before it was finished, but it didn't. Kim was shocked how quickly it was ready - no time for girly chats on the phone tonight! The meal was served simply over rice. We were pleasantly surprised that it tasted so good. Our limited experience of these sauces is that they taste processed, metallic, acidic, sharp, but this meal did not. Table B'hote sauces will be a welcome addition to our shopping list.

Setting The Mood

We have just had your Medium Chilli for dinner. Delicious. Hot enough for both of us - just right, washed down with a bottle of home made wine. We created a very authentic nautical theme, sat at the dining table looking down the garden at the water feature, I'm sure the house was rocking gently on the swell! What ingredient do you use to give that effect? Looking forward to the next meal using your sauces.

You encouraged me to try your Sweet 'n' Sour sauce during a tasting day. How did I live before? It's so simple to prepare and my family love it. Clean plates all round, and reasonably priced too.

Chunky Bolognese Sauce

I usually make my own Bolognese sauce which can be variable, but was encouraged to try one of yours. On entering the kitchen, my husband asked what the delicious smell was and I did admit that I had purchased a jar of your sauce.

It was so flavoursome, chunky and herby that I will never try to make my own again. You have a customer for life.

Four tremendous meals

Hi Linda,

Had four tremendous meals from the Chilli Sauce we bought from you as you were demonstrating at Kingsley Village. Todays with jacket potato was fantastic!

Please can you find an outlet nearer to Plymouth so we can buy more?!
